OIL BURNER

There are all sorts of oil burner,light-oil,heavy oil, and waste oil and every liquid fuel is available.

In case of heavy oil burner,Maximum combustion capacity of 1 burner is about 4,600kg/h. and nearly same in case of another oils.

And this means that 1 oil burner can be applied to 60 t/h steam boiler.

Atomizing is done by inner mixing that can make oil to be more fine particles than another mixing methods.

And air-register is different from that of another makers.

The air-register has 2 rows of many air intake blades and each rows air blades have opposite direction each other.

Combustion air flows in combustion chamber through these 2 rows of air blades so that opposite direction air flow may make strong turbulent to make oil particles contact air uniformly in a short time and so oil combustion is completed.

Because of the particular mechanism as described as above, our oil burners have good performance as followings flame shape can be easily adjusted by adjusting air blade opening, combustion efficiency is high, and emissions of soot and dust are less than another burners.
